Hi,

I recently signed up for Kaiser through my employer. I'm in California. I've been uninsured for three years before this. I have a couple of issues that could be considered "pre-existing conditions."

If I go to the doctor to get something treated, and they think its a pre-existing condition, what will happen?

Will they treat it, give me surgery, and then send me a bill?

Will they tell me I'm screwed and refuse to even treat me? Can they, under the law, refuse to treat me, if I'm not on their plan?

Can I sign up for a higher rate? How much higher would it be from the $265 a month I'm pay in individual costs right now (my employer has a group policy, but does not kick in anything)

How likely is it that they will even check to see if it is a pre-existing condition, especially if I tell my doctor it started bothering me weeks into my new coverage?

Please help, I really don't know what to do. I need some advice.

as I look to God, I see that no one really knows who created the catholic chruch, it just formed on its own and the same with there bible.

BUT the rest of the chruchs were created by marten luther, and he
changed the bible and took books out of them, or the catholic church, who they do not know who, added books to it.

our God is a unknown God, the Catholic church created by a unknown being, the Pentacostal, and all the rest, the KJV, NIV, NKJV bibles and all this mess, and mess in chruch's baptist, Martin luther, salvation army, ya da ya da. all created by the direction of a man and him saying he is in the holy ghost. All these chruchs claim they were created by the holy ghost..

I am sick of all these chruch's , and bibles and the $1,000,000 bible francise because it is still the best seller changing the english language over and over so you can read it better, your's for 29.99.But I have only experanced the holy spirit in the pentacostal chruch, not any other chruch.so far....

Our landlord foreclosed and decided not to tell us. We found out because the realtor came by and said we had 30 days to get out. It's real difficult for us to rent because of a foreclosure on our own credit history. The realtor claims we can sue the landlord for the rent we paid but I've never heard of that. Is our only option to leave quietly?

Allo! last night my bf and i got caught up in the moment and had sex without protection. and then got caught up again and did it again. without protection. i am grieving my father who passed away last week and i think that helped get us caught up in the moments because normally we don't do that...

pregnancy would be a blessing at this point so we're not worried about that.

anyhoo, my cycles are anywhere from 29 to 33 days in length...so i would have been fertile this morning when it happened. i should ovulate anywhere from tomorrow to saturday.

soooo what do ya think?

I'm going to build my own desktop, im a hardcore gamer so i want to make it pretty badass, i have about $1,500 but my question is say i buy an intel, does that mean i have to buy intel parts only? Im asking the LGBT community, i feel your advice is more helpful. So i think im falling for my organic chemistry professor. Im 19 and hes about 35. I cant help these feelings. Everytime I see him, I get all nervous and i can feel my heart beating faster. I cant stop thinking about him. Im starting to go to his office to talk to him. I think about him all the time. It was food day at work today and my department bought sandwiches for anyone but there were no veggie sandwiches. Someone told me I could just pick the meat off.

I told her that I know she is trying to be nice but that is disgusting and offensive to me. She asked me why I would find that offensive. I tried to explain to her that even if you could pick it up and remove all the grease it left behind the fact it was there in the first place turns my stomach. She didn't get what I was saying so I said let me put it like this. "What if I made you a sandwich and then sneezed all over it then wiped it all off off would she eat it?"

She said something like "well if your just going to make a joke about it then I'm done talking to you".

Do you think my answer was rude? I didn't intend it to be. I just thought I was putting it in a context she might understand.
