I have an w2040emachine that runs and performs like champ but now when I go to shut it down windows logs off and my screen goes black like it should ,but it's like it's hibernating and i didn't set it for that I only turn it off at nite ,but I have to unplug it from the wall . pls help with this matter.

I don't really get how this whole thing works :P
So lets say I go on a diet and eat 1200 calories a day... I'll lost about a pound a week,right? How long will I continue to lose weight though? I mean, I won't keep losing forever until I weigh like, 60 pounds (not that I want to be 60 pounds, just to add that) How long should I expect to lose a pound a week for? When will it stop!? Sorry, I know I ask a lot of questions :P Please helpp! Well, if it helps,

Hey, Im 15 years old and I live in a small town and all, but I am very, very serious about getting a job and working and I wont be 16 until next June. Sooooooo........ I wanted to see if there were any online jobs that hire 15 year olds for minimum wage, ya know. Hi all, I need help understanding how to graph sin waves.
An example problem is:

A lemonade stand sells a lot of drinks in the sumer and not very many in the winter. The best day of the year was August 10th (215th day), when 150 glasses were sold. The worst day was February 10th (41th day), when 40glasses were sold.

a) give the Domain, Range, and period of the situation above

b) Write an equation for a sine function that has been "danced" to fit the situation above [simplify]

c) use the equation from part b to find the # of glasses sold on June 1 (154th day)

d) write an equation for a cosine function that has been "danced' [simplified] to fit the situation above. Explain the similarities and differences between this cosine function and the sine function from part b




For (A), I got Domain to be all reals, and Range to be [40,150]. How do I solve for period?


How do I go about solving the rest of this from there? Thanks in advance for helping me understand this concept!

I'd say in the suburbs, it's about 80-90% of people who hang out in bars on a given night. Cabs are way too expensive and designated driving is not something I would imagine to be realistic at all. I think I can attest to this formerly living in the suburbs.

Living in the city, most ppl don't own cars and there are more taxicabs than regular cars. Being an alcoholic, it's perfect.

I made a batch of Raspberry jelly using Sure-Jell pectin. I only got 5 1-cup jars... (The recipe said I'd get 6, and I followed it EXACTLY) the quarter cup that was leftover, I refrigerated, and it is REAL thick, almost like fruit leather.
It would be really good in Jam thumbprint cookies or as filling for sandwich cookies, but we'd be the size of Sumo wrestlers if we made that many cookies!

I looked online, and everything points to me overcooking it, but it said to bring it to a FULL ROLLING BOIL (one that cannot be stirred down) and I thought I did, but I guess I was waiting for a fuller boil than I had to.

Can I take a jar and add maybe 1/4 cup water and heat it up to thin it? Will that work or will it be like syrup?

This is my 1st batch of Jelly EVER and the raspberries were fresh-frozen from the neighbor's garden. (He was reciprocating after I gave him turnips, green beans, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes and cucumbers!)

Any suggestions to save it as JELLY?
