My husband and I are going to have our first baby. My mother-in-law got jealous when she knew that my mom will stay with us for 5 moths. She told me that people in the USA don’t like that their moms stay with them and 5 months was too much time. Now, she wants to stay at my house when my mom is here. She doesn’t speak Spanish and my mom doesn’t speak English. She just lives 40 minutes from us; she can drive back to her house. My mom lives in other country, practically my sister and I are her only family; therefore, I thought It will be nice to let her stay with us for a while and enjoy her first grandchild. My mother-in-law is saying that she will move close to us and that she will quit her job to take care of the baby. She is crossing the line because she told me I have to let my husband be involved with the baby and don’t take the baby over because most of women are like that. My husband doesn’t understand that his mom’s behavior is not right. I can’t let her dominate my life.

I am very upset that my mother has told lies about me to my four sisters. They treat me differently as a result. The worst one she told was that I had an abortion when I really had a hymenectomy. Very embarrassing and humiliating. The other was that I did not want my daughter when my husband and I were actively trying to conceive. Then last month I shocked my visiting sisters when I told them I was pregnant again and they could not understand my joy. She told them I wanted no more children. On top of these lies she tells them I take drugs (never have) and countless other embarrassing things.. Should I have anything to do with this mother who has ruined my relationship with my siblings?.

My neighborhood is cat friendly and we all look after each other's pets. A new neighbor moved in recently who has a tom cat. Heis terrorizing every cat in the neighborhood. He fights with them, chases them, and is generally just a pain. I talked with a lady down the street yesterday who had to take her cat to the vet for stitches because of him. I've talked to the new woman before about it and she said she can't afford to have him fixed. What can we do? All our cats have been going out for years and now this guy is ruining their fun. If I sneak him to be fixed she might get upset and sue me (it's happened). Suggestions?

I would like to hear about how your religion explains why some people are living in extreme poverty while some are living in extreme luxury. Even though we all know intelligence, motivation, socio-economic factors and luck of the person are some of the determinant factors, i would still like to know from a religious viewpoint.

and If the 'soul' is essence, does it too exist, or is it an ancient myth that we have become to believe, because various religions have told us it exists.

I have a paid $10,000 federal tax lien on my credit. The IRS placed the lien on there last year and just a few months ago, I was finally able to pay them off. On my credit it shows as released.

I have heard at ocassions that sometimes you can dispute an entry on your credit report and if the reporting agency does not respond within 30 day, the entry is removed from your credit file.

My question to you guys is, what would happen if I were to dispute the tax lien? Considering the IRS is paid, would they even bother to respond? How does this work?

Misandry and misogyny seem to be the same things at opposite extreme ends. On this basis, to me it seems they are as bad as each other and the groups advocating these ideologies are equally as bad as the other group.

However, can misandry be justified? I've heard women argue that because they have been oppressed for the past hundred years, its now time for men to be oppressed for the next hundred. A sign I read seems to encourage this idea - "Too many men and not enough bullets." If a man had a sign reading "Too many women..." what would the reaction be like?

Can anyone explain these ?

PR 30:5 Every word of God proves true.
1KI 22:23, 2CH 18:22, JE 4:10, JE 20:7, EZ 14:9 God deceives some of the prophets.

JE 8:8 The scribes falsify the word.
2TH 2:11-12 God deceives the wicked (to be able to condemn them).

(Note: Every word of God cannot prove true if God deceives anyone at all; the Bible cannot be trusted if the scribes falsify the word. The first reference is mutually exclusive with the other three. Thus, the Bible cannot be the perfect work of a perfect and loving God since one or more of the above references is obviously untrue. Note also: Some versions use the word "persuade" rather than "deceives." The context makes clear, however, that deception is involved.)

EZ 20:25 God says that he intentionally gave out bad laws. (This means that God-given laws or commandments are sometimes suspect.)
