I get alot of head games from the human resources department. Its like they are up to something. I have no idea what I should do. Put in my notice today or do you think I should wati for a permenant position opening?

I think you should start applying for other jobs, but do not leave this current job until you find another one.

Instead of asking a bunch of strangers that question, pray and ask God to direct you in making the right decision. You can't go wrong like that.
