why invite someone to your campus only to insult them in introducing them. wouldn't it be smarter to conduct yourself with class and listen to what he has to say. otherwise why even invite or permit him to come here.

Well basically I suspect my best friend (who is female) to be a lesbian. I have no problem with it! At all. I hate homophobia, however I do not know if she is gay. She hasn't had a boyfriend but has kissed lads. When she was drunk once she tried to kiss me and in the morning found it funny and blamed it on her being wrecked. She also asked a question on here saying I don't know what to do, whenever I see my best friend I want to kiss her. She claimed this was a joke.
How do I broach the subject of her sexuality? Or not say anything at all. I don't mind if she is gay and will not treat her differently.

Do they not see that this will have an adverse on all aspect GM & Ford, and not just the "rich CEO's"? Being realistic, if this strike goes on for long there is no way that the companies will be able to stay in business. The companies are alreay in financial trouble how will they be able to absorb more cost, when they have to raise the benefits of an already spoiled American Auto Worker?

I'm asking this question, because I've heard some conservatives accuse public schools of indoctrinating their students with liberal ideologies. I went to public school in a small town in Arkansas and I graduated from high school there in 1992. Personally, I was never indoctrinated by any of my teachers and I also recall that some of my classmates from the same school were conservatives. I suppose that my pre-college education shaped my political views in that when the differences between the platforms of the Democrats and Republicans were described to us in class, I decided on which party I supported according to the views I already held. In your answers, I would also like you to mention where you attended school, whether it was public or private, and when you graduated.

My hubby's EX is a hard person to understand they have join custody of their son.. She lives almost 15 hrs away they moved almost 4 yrs ago.Ever since she find out my hubby & i started a relationship,she started not letting their son come to visit or didn't allowed the child to talk on the phone.Hubby got behind 2 months due to an accident & I was sending at least half of the pay but even like that she got mad & for almost 2 yrs she didn't let the kid spend time with dad. He came this summer & left almost 2 months my hubby have called him, left messages& even wrote letters with no answer's.Last nigth she called crying asking him if he ever cared for his son, that ever since he met me he changed & much more,Which non of this is true he have done everything for his son we even had lots of FUN this summer he didn't want to leave & I have a good relationship with him.Why is she acting like that? I was not the reason for their divorce so I don't get it why she doesn't move on she is...
