Why do you like to suffer so much at the hands of us atheists?
Are you trying to emulate your Idol Jesus? I like to see you all bleeding from your conscience. It does you good indeed.
That's one way of repenting from your sins.
Keep providing the firewood for your own sacrifice.
God, some people never learn.

You might rant or whinge, etc, but there is no hiding from this issue

Isn't common sense to regularise their status and let them live decently. Live and let live. Life is short!

He'll still drink his bottles, and drinks about 20-25 ounces of his milk everyday. But he doesn't want to eat hardly anything else. At meal time he'll eat only a few bites of food and pushes the rest away. And these are foods he has liked in the past. He's not acting sick at all, he just doesn't really want to eat. Even the gerber puffs which he used to love, now will only have a few and not want any more.

This has been a few days now. Should I be worried that he's not eating enough?

An Avian Biologist studying a species of parakeet in Australia noticed that in the wild the parakeets had either red or green tail feathers. After many crosses the scientist obtained a true breeding red individual and crossed it to a second true breeding red individual that she had obtained in a separate series of crosses. Much to her surprise when the F1 progeny were obtained all of the birds were green. She then self crossed the F1 birds with the following results: 45 green birds and 35 red birds. After seeing these results she thought she understood what was going on but continued crossing F1 birds over the next year and obtained these results: 921 green birds and 704 red birds.

What mode(s) of inheritance are demonstrated by the above crosses? How many genes are involved?

What were the genotypes of the original true breeding red stocks and the green progeny?

Why was it important to continue crossing F1 birds over the course of that year instead of relying only on the original results?

Why is it that so many people read Matthew 7:1 and stop there? If they were to read on to verse 5, there they would see that we are to judge. Here in these scriptures there are two judgements that take place.
1.We judge ourselves by taking the beam from our own eye first.
2.We judge our brother after we have dealt with ourselves first.

Mat 7:1 "Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Vs.2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Vs.3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Vs.4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Vs.5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye."

Let's say for the sake of argument that god exists.
Could it be that he remains invisible to see how we act when we think he's not looking. If we had proof god exists, wouldn't we be good for the sake of gaining favor? Perhaps god wants us to become good people on our own, because that is the only way our goodness is genuine.

I'm 22yrs old and I'm always bored with the life I'm leading and I crawl into my own cocoon to make things easier. The only times I ever feel alive are when living as an expatriate in some far off country? I don't feel alive when I'm in my own country, I just feel like I'm existing rather than living.

While in church today, I was reflecting on the time that I had spent learning about Christ as a child for 8 years during weekly Catechism classes. During my younger years, I remember thinking/believing that no other religion in the world even existed except for Catholicism - not because I was taught that specifically there weren't any other religions, but because no other religions were ever mentioned in my Catechism classes. As a matter of fact, it wasn't until I was finally in junior high school that I even learned that other religions existed. At that point, I started to quickly realize that although I grew up unaware of any other religion, it seemed that my peers not only practiced other religions, but also knew of the Catholic faith AND the differences between my religion and their own.

Why is it that most Catholics have grown up unaware of other religions, but yet our peers not only practiced other religions, but could tell us the differences between them as well?

This morning I woke up and couldn't move my arms...I thought I had just slept on them (you know how that is, but usually it's one arm) so i tried to fling my body over. I didn't move AT ALL. I tried moving my legs...and nothing worked! I tried talking, screaming, and even opening my mouth...my body felt like it was completely dead or something. Finally I snapped out of it (probably 20 seconds altogether) but I still find it so strange. I know I was awake, and my eyes were halfway open, but my body was NOT moving. Has anyone experienced this? Is it a sign of bad health or what? So odd...
