I am going through an ugly divorce right now. My 3 year old daughter is in daycare and she pushes other kids around. If she is trying to talk to the babysitter, and another kids also wants to, she will push them out of the way. She is not normally like this, and I am very upset. The babysitter will give her time outs and she still does it. The babysitter is giving me one week. :( I am so scared. I am a single mom, no family in this state to help me, and if I lose this babysitter, I will lose my job, my place to live, etc,. Please, any good and realistic suggestions on how to stop this behavior. I am a loving, patient mommy and I will do what I need to do, that is within reason, to correct this, so everyone will be happy at the end.

I was born in Australia in 1985 so I automatically have Australian citizenship. However, my mum is a UK citizen with only permanent residency in Australia - not Australian citizenship. She came to Australia with her parents (both UK citizens) at the age of 9 back in the 1950s. She has lived here ever since.

I know that I should be able to get UK citizenship because of this connection, but I am not sure how to go about doing it.

What are the web addresses I should visit?

I want my UK citizenship because I'm in my final year of university studying to be a teacher. I know there is a shortage of teachers in the UK, particularly in inner London (though I'm happy to go anywhere theres a need). I may wait a year or two to get some experience in teaching before I go overseas. However, I want to go to the UK to visit my cousins within the next year, and because I would be applying for citizenship later anyway, I may as well do it now rather than messing around with visas.

Ive fallen away from the church in the past couple of months and I want to go back but am ashamed to b/c of some of the things I have done warrant excommunication. ...which is used in the trial balance, does not agree with the total of the debtors ledger. A contra of £5,000 has been entered correctly in the induvidual ledger account but has been entered on the wrong side of both control accounts.
A batch total sales of £12,345 has been entered in the double entry system as £13,345, although the individual ledger account entry for these sales were correct. The balance of £4,000 on sales returns account has inadvertently been omitted from the trial balance though correctly entered in the ledger accounts.

What is the journal entry to correct the above?

I was given the drug Cipro by a doctor after I told her I had bacterial vaginosis and vaginitis. She was convinced I had an STD and I didn't.

Anyways this was back in March of 07 and after the medication I noticed that my bowels were loose and I couldn't hold it in. Then when that went away anytime I'd go #2 it felt like rocks were in my anus.

Its gotten just a little bit better, but now (Sept '07) everytime I go #2 I get heartburn and the rock feeling comes back all at once. After I'm done I have to lie down because its painful to walk after I wipe becase it burns and itches.

Was this because of the Cipro or something else? What could it be? I don't want to go back to the doctor's :( BTW I'm a 19 y/o female and I've never had anal sex.

This guy is an old acquaintance from a church where I used to go to. He found me on myspace and messaged me then we started chatting and get along very well. He works for non profit christian org mentoring street kids here in our place. He invited me over, and now Im currently an active volunteer. We see each other twice a week, mentoring the kids together, and we are also together in his music program for the out of school youth. He's a really nice guy, a mature christian. And we have the same passion for helping people and with music and serving the Lord. I have never met a guy like this before who shares the sames interests as mine. We talk for hours everynight. He calls and message me during the day.

BUT... he's like a computer game addict... he goes out at 10pm or 12midnight with his guy friends at the org and goes home at 8am... and then sleeps just a little and they all go to work again, and after work.

Bare with me because this might be lengthy.. A friend of mine who is 18 and still in high school is living at home with her Mom and her Mom's boyfriend of 13 years. The other day she was told by this guy that she needs to start looking for a new place to live because he feels he shouldn't be supporting her financially anymore now that she is 18. She just started her senior year of high school this year and would already be graduated by now if this guy and her mom hadn't decided to hold her back years ago. She feels like she is between a rock and a hard place on this one... She is a U.S. resident from the state of Michigan. Are there any laws protecting a high school student still living at home in this sort of situation? Also if their aren't and they do force her to move out does any one know of any programs the state of Michigan provides to someone in a situation like this? Let's suppose that Mr.A went back in time before his biological father even met his biological mother. In a twist of fate, Mr.A unwittingly kills his biological father .
But the consequence would be a paradox: If his father was killed, then Mr.A would not be born. If Mr.A were not born, then, there would be no Mr.A that would go back in time to kill his father so his father would be alive. But if his father is alive then Mr.A would be born to kill his father. And a vicious circle of cause and effect results.

How does one get around this absurd problem? Does it say anything about the way time moves or how cause is connected to effect?

I had a very depressing trip to the nursery yesterday. I grow most of my plants from seeds, and I just don't understand HOW the nursery gets its seedlings to grow so BIG so FAST in those tiny containers! What the heck do they DO to those plants?? Nuclear radiation? I bought a chilli plant in a tiny little pot, and the plant was already about 15cm high and FRUITING? I waited MONTHS for my chilli plant to produce last year!

Im THAT fed up that I don't CARE if its organic! I'd buy HORMONE additives if they would help! I give mine seaweed tonic and fertiliser, or compost and worm castings and everything!

I've just moved to a very small town in Kentucky. As far as I can tell, this town used to have a city council, but for some reason they disbanded several years ago. I think the county maintains the town now?? What are the first steps in organizing a new city council? Will the county fight this or welcome it?
