you mean in the third sentence that this guy said to you he called you baby/honey? if thats what you mean, then he has no right to do that unless you are comfortable with each other. talk to this guy and tell him it makes you uncomfortable, hopefully he'll stop.

I'm actually not sure, but it happens a lot, i'd be hanging with some friends at lunch, and some guy that knows my friend and i don't know him, he'd randomly put his hand over my shoulder, and be like hey baby, whats ur name? it's just really weird but i've gotten used to it.
