when are broadcasters required to broadcast only in HD or digital in usa

Hey, I've had a dream that just comes back every so often. I've lost count on it, but it's been around maybe 4-5 times.

It's where I'm in a hotel (I think) and I'm constantly going up on the elavator, and then down. But the thing is, sometimes the elavator breaks, so when it goes down, it stops a little higher, and you have to jump. Before when I had this dream, it would never stop ground level with the floor.

Before, the elevator used to just go down, and I'd feel that turn in my stomach, wake up, go back to bed, and feel it again.
There are other people in my dream, but none that I know. What could something like this mean?

My fiance and I got engaged over a year ago but postponed the wedding due to financial difficulties and his cold feet. After much deliberation, I decided that postponing wasn't a bad idea...we're both young and in no rush. After about 6 months of just enjoying each other's company, I thought it might be ok to bring up the wedding again, just to see where he stood on the issue. He was nice about it, but said "It hasn't crossed my mind in a while". Then, mid-conversation he said "marriage is dead". His parents had a messy divorce, and so did the vast majority of his extended family. His boss, whom he is very close to, is currently going through a nasty divorce too. I understand that divorce is a concern of his, but I'm tired of paying for a wedding band that I might never wear.I love him, and our relationship is great otherwise, but I feel like he's cursing out marriage before we've even set a date. What can I do to convince him that we don't have to end up like they did?

How come they make things for right handed people but not left handed people? you know like notebooks the spiral is on the left. And its hard to write. Or like the mouse for your computer. Is there really not that many left handed people? I've heard people say that lefties are smarter than righties? Is that true?

On the 8th, the first day after intercourse on the 7th, I spotted very, very little. I also had a very light pinkish discharge that lasted the 8th and 9th. My body just feels different. I know it's early, but I know my body and things just aren't right. I'm peeing a lot. I'm getting stretch marks on my breasts and my actual nipples are a bright pink and my areolas are a dark brown and I'm getting bumps on them. My boobs tingle. My lower abdomen also has a tingling sensation. I don't know if this is relevant or not, but the past few days I have found tiny blood particles in my urine after I wipe. Very little. I was just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms when they were pregnant and I need all the information I can get. Some women say that they have had similar symptoms 2-3 weeks after conception and others don't get them until they are much further along. Please, I am 18 years old and I just would like a second opinion or anyone who knows or has been here before. Thanks.

she at lest 2yrs old,so is he, an not a single egg. WHY, OH ,WHY won't my beardie lay? I have thought several times in the 9 months since I've had the pair that she was gravid but she never laid any eggs. I new to beardies, although I have done my research when first bought the pair. She doesn't care for people, maybe stress caused her not to lay? I give Dragon Dust by T-Rex, says has nutritional value needed for breeding females(growth formula). But maybe I need to give something else too?I feed veggies and crickets and mealworms. I provide light and heat(does not enough heat stop her from laying?) I bought them to breed. Any advce if I can't get them to breed on how much to ask for them if sell them as a pair?(in America?) I starting to think maybe I'm not the right one to have these guys. I paid $250 at an auction, To much or what?

Why do your grilfriend and/or females in general get mad at you when you play the game system, or watch sports.. I mean we can either watch sports or game system. So why do they get mad when we still at home but just doing that. Then when you try to invite them to watch or play they say no, or i dont know how to play...... Or the best excuse ever, YOU WILL WIN ANYWAYS, I THINK YOU LOVE THE TV/GAME MORE THEN YOU LOVE ME....But yet we have to sit and watch LIFETIME, girly shows, movies, GO SHOPPING FOR 5 hrs just for them to say they look fat or dont like anything they see.... Or when we are aloud to play we get a TIME LIMIT.... Its not like we hurting or cheating just at home enjoying ourselves. When they do decide on things they're items (shoes, purses, dresses etc) cost way more then our games, or tv shows... PLEASE ANSWER THIS FELLAS but MOST IMPORTANTLY LADIES.....

An Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman are all to give speaches to the Deaf Society. All are keen to make an impression on their audience.

The Englishman goes first and to the surprise of his colleagues starts by rubbing first his chest and then his groin. When he finishes the Scotsman and Irishman ask him what he was doing.

This is like saying that although you believe in steps, but that staircases are just silly.

Or here's a better analogy:

You have a computer that is programmed to do one thing. you change a line of programming and it still does that one thing, but it does it a bit differently. So you change another line of programming. It still does the same thing, but it does it a little differently. If you change a line of programming every day, or add a line or delete a line, eventually that program will be very unlike the original program, right? Eventually, it might not do the same thing it originallly did. Eventually, a program for calculating mortality tables could become a program for, say, playing pacman.

My fiance and I are having an outdoor wedding at a country club in our home town next July. Small-ish, only 150-175 people are going to be there, the bulk of which is family and close friends.
I was looking at tuxedos for the big day and had found a few that I like. But, while browsing through one of her bridal magazines, I came across a "groom" in a very nice tan suit, and thought that would look nice; but when I mentioned the idea of my best man and I dressing in suits rather than tuxedos, she didn't seem pleased. Does anyone have experience with this? I just think if I am going to pay $150 for a tuxedo to wear for one day or $250-300 for a great suit I can keep forever..... It's a no brainer for me. Should I just give in and not bring it up again? Or should I try a different approach. It's her day I suppose.... but it makes sense to wear a suit.... It would be very nice, much cooler than a tux, and both myself and my best man could keep the suit.. Help!

For a while now, I've felt very little confidence when speaking on the phone. Not so much when people call me, but when I call other people. I'm also not that confident when speaking to some people face to face. Any ideas on what I can do? I've seen loads of things that claim to help or even solve the problem but don't know which one to go for.

Supplements would be good, but not sure if they work for confidence levels, althought some claim to. Hypnotherapy comes across as being expensive.
