Triglycerides The norm is 50 to 150?

Mine is 2777, yes 2777, What does this mean. I think my mom had the same readings. Yes I do watch want I eat, Don't smoke, walk all the time. Yes I do drink beer with the buds. 6'2" 190 pounds, Guy.

Mine have been high occasionally, (Not as high as yours) and my doctor told me to get off the sweets. Fish oil caps will help.
