Solve..

7x^2 + y^2 = 64
x + y = 4

I dont get it with there being squared signs in.. I can do simultaneous equations usually...

How do you remove mildew from a material that resembles a potato sack/canvas material?
My kids left a beach bag on the floor of my shed and now it is all mildew.
I tried Oxyclean-------nothing.
I tried leaving it in the sun for a week-------nothing.
I tried Grease Lightning----------nothing.

I do not want to use bleach being it has a solar changing color print on it and dark green handles. Any suggestions?

OH! and where do you find "bluing" (what brand is it called and look like) for whiting whites?
Not in Walmart or my local grocery store.

I recently took my explorer (2001 xlt, 4door) in for a smog test and I failed the test. My overall test results showed that I PASSed the visual inspection and PASSed the emissions test, but FAILed the functional check. The code (P0117) showed that the engine coolant temperature sensor was showing low input. does anyone know how much it would cost to fix this? I live in California... Also, because it showed that code as having low input it caused my Check engine light to come on
