right now i would pay 10 dollars for just 1 large one with a big scoop of new york vanilla ice cream on top while its still warm.

Me? I wouldn't, I'd just make them myself (have had formal culinary training)... however for your question, I'd say $15 would be fair... covers the cost of the ingredients, the heat for baking them, cleaning up the mess and such... if $10 covers all that with a small buffer zone, then go with $10.
