If one writes a companion book explaining parts of the Bible is that adding to it?
If the Bible is retranslated and it reads differently than the last translation is that adding and subtracting to the Bible?
Because you find the same phrase in Deuteronomy http://scriptures.lds.org/en/deut/4/2#2 is everything after it a blasphemic addition?

This is a question about logic not rhetoric -- Please answer the question and support your logic. (of course you can do what you want but you might be ignored)

Will you please state which translation of the Bible you read and/or believe is the most correct translation?

I am a Mormon and I know what some of you think about the Book of Mormon so you can ignore it for this question so you can expound your logic on the question.

We have more illegal immigrants than unemployed people in America right now by a wide margin. Most economists argue, anyways, that a small but non-zero unemployment rate is best for an economy (so long as no individuals are chronically unemployed), since it is beneficial to have a pool of labor for new, innovative businesses. Therefore, if we get rid of all the illegal immigrants, shouldn't we raise legal immigration quotas by a substantial amount?

In mid-August, I accepted a sales position at a popular boot company opening up a store at a new local mall, which doesn't open until October 11. With that in cosideration, I accepted my current job as a front desk clerk at a hotel to have some money coming in. My current job pays 75 cents less than the position I accepted for the outlet mall, which is an obvious disadavantage. However, the advantage there is that since the hotel environment is so 'lax, I get to sneak in some study time for school since I'm a full time student. The advantage and disadvantage of the mall job are the exact opposite--more money, but more responsibility, and more than likely, no time to study. In conclusion, I was very excited about the mall job when I was offered the position, but I'm overridden with guilt for having to leave the hotel (in the event that it does happen) in such a short time working there and because my manager is very, very satisfied with my performance.

I am from Memphis Tn, my family is considering relocating to the nashville area. When researching cities iv found that houses are in my price range and very nice in the Goodlettsville / White House area. It seems to be quite country living but still close to the city, and iv read great things about the schools in that area. Can anyone confirm this and/or give me more information about this area?? I see many people on here asking about breeding their pets. Take a walk thru a shelter's "death row" one day. yep they all started out as cute adorable puppies. Next take a walk down the surgery aisle and look at all the poor guys that are so very sick, with a disease or illness that could have been prevented by a simple surgery.
Now go look in the classifieds to see how many people have reported a lost dog compared to those who found one.

Please save your dog's and many more lives by spending that money. It really is simple, your pet will live longer, and be a better pet for it. The need to have babies is a human's need not a dogs. They reproduce by instinct not desire.

The only dogs that should be bred, are purebreds and only if they can better the breed.

Want a puppy? go to a shelter and get one, that pup needs a home more than the next door neighbour needs money, that animals life depends on where you get your next dog!!

When i was a kid i always liked to play with my moms feet in pantyhose, smell them licking them etc.. and i like it till now.
She thought i was just playing with them, but now she knows that i really like to smell them, and she force me to smell and lick her smelly sweaty stinky pantyhosed feet. I really like it.

I'm on a team that is building a robot at my high school. This guy who thinks hes smart but is not really has become the self appointed leader, only recognized by him. No one else likes him but we did let him make the design for the arm.

My lender overpaid my school and I've gotten two checks. Do I send them back to the lender or what? Keeping the money will add aditional interest to my loan, and I'm not a fan of all that mess. In Revelations 19:10, 11 we read, "And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war."

Jesus is the essence of FAITH. He is the only One who is Faithful. In Mark 4:40 the Bible states, "And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?"

In Matthew 17:20 we read, "And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."

Notice that God says, "If ye had faith...." suggesting that unsaved man has no saving faith, ie., no Christ.

How does a heart attack feel? I'm only 29 (M) and get a severe sharp pain in the bottom left part of the heart every once in a while. I'm not sure if I can describe it properly, but it feels to me like a small part of the heart muscle is stuck behind a rib or something and can't get out of there. The pain is usually relieved after 15-30 seconds but only after I make a movement with my body (as if to give it more air) and press a little at the place where it hurts. Doctors say I'm completely ok, ECG is normal, I've had slight arrhythmia since birth, but am otherwise healtyh (knock wood). Does this 'qualify' as a heart attack or does anyone know what it is? The doctors are clueless but claim it's not a heart attack. Can anything be done to prevent this? Not that life is a picnic, but still - I'm too young to croak lol lol!! Thx. :)

I have lots of trees on my property and every fall I rake up lots of leaves from my driveway, walkway, and small lawn. I have tried composing them, but I never have enough grass and kitchen waist to even out the ratio.

I have visited two local coffee houses and I pick up there left over coffee grinds and that helps the pile out for about a week or two.

Is there anything else I can do to help speed up the composting? Fall is on its way and I haven't even finished composting last fall (or the fall befor that!) leaves yet! O.o
