i lost my relaxer instructions please help!!!!?

ive lost my instructions for my revlon professional conditioning creme relaxer its the one in the white tub.. does anyone know how long its meant to be left on? or do u know a site where i can get instructions HELP PLEASE!

There are 3 different kinds.

Red Lettering- Mild
Black Lettering- regular
Blue Lettering- Super

Is there a contact number on the tub? You may call the number for info.
