I bough a house two years ago as an investment. The house was purchased for $310,000. I gave a $35,000 down payment. Now two years later I owe $290,000 (neg amortized loan) and the current market value of the house is about $275,000. I refinanced to an interest only loan so at least the property is no longer being negatively amortized.

What are my best options in reducing my loss?

My husband says he doesn't feel like having sex....ever. Blames it on a low testosterone level although the doctors say its fine. No I don't think he's cheating, but I wonder is this really normal in a 34 year old man? He has a very stressful job, but I don't think that's it either. He's nice to me otherwise but I am going crazy with the I just don't have the desire excuse. What can I do? I feel so hurt that I'm not wanting to put forth any effort to "make" him want "it" anymore. He should be chasing ME around the house!!!

My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed about 5 weeks ago. 3 days ago she started complaining about jaw pains. There is no swelling but it is a little hard for her to chew hard objects and it hurts if she touches the outside of her cheek. Are the spots were she got her wisdom teeth removed infected?

Okay, so I have this cat shes a full blood persian and shes kinda slow.

She keeps crapping and peeing by the back door, shes like 1 or 2 years old. The litter box is clean, theres no reason for her to do it. Sometimes she'll go into the bathroom and do it there.

We keep trying to show her its bad but she's just not getting it.

can anyone help?

I want to do something for Breast Cancer Awareness month and I talked to our Student Activities Coordinator said we could sell pins for $1 and then donate the money to the American Cancer Society or something like that.
