I can't figure it out for my Weight Watchers. Not sure how much of it I can eat. How many servings total are there in one of these salads? (PLAIN) Thanks!

If you're on Weight Watchers then WTH are you doing at McDonalds???

The answer is 2, but the followup question is, "Why aren't you eating healthy?"

Look on the back of the tray liner. I know the Asian salad with the grilled chicken is 10 points. The crispy chicken should be roughly 4 oz, which is a normal sized serving of meat.

i could say definite. The salad itself (with chicken) in basic terms has 220 energy. this is the dressing that's secure that should get you in difficulty. The caesar dressing has merely approximately 200 energy on my own. instead, you should ask for the low fat Italian dressing or Sesame Ginger dressing, each and every of which in basic terms have 60 energy. Even greater effective, the low fat Balsamic French dressing in basic terms has 40 energy in a packet.
