My husband and I are seperated for two years. We own home joint title.

He wants to be off the mortgage and title. I have agreed to pay him a sum of money over time, but he is willing to quit claim or let me refinance on my own however I want. We trust each other and he does not need the money any time soon....

If he signs title over to me, will I have a taxable event? If I am only paying him as I can over time, does he have taxable event.

Trying to figure out the best way to do this cleanly....

I was listening to Rock FM this morning and a news item said that due to the amount of Polish immigrants in the North West, they are considering that our firemen have to learn their language in the event of a fire. Now I am not racist but should it not be a case of them learning to speak English. Where do we draw the line? The medical profession would then also have to learn all kinds of languages. My opinion is that if you come freely to a country that accepts you, you learn our language. I am wrong?

According to the bible, god destroyed everyone on earth except, Noah, his wife, their three sons and their wives. A grand total of 8 people!
Okay, so I want to know, who did Noah send to what is now South America, Australia, North America, Antarctica and NewZealand to collect two of every animal? Who did he send to the bottom of the ocean in the Mariana Trench (7 miles down) and collect sea life there? Who collected the brown bears? Who collected the over 1 million types of plants and trees?
How could a dove have brought back an olive leaf when all trees were underwater for over 150 days and had all died? Why didn't god just snap his fingers and be done with it instead of a flood?
Oh, let me guess, I'm taking the story out of context?

As far as I know, I do not have diabetes, but every once in a while my vision will get kind of blurry. I do need to get a new prescription for my glasses, but occationally my vision will get fuzzier and then clear up. I noticed today that my vision got fuzzy after I licked clean the frosting bowl (my mom made a cake). Could this be a symptom of diabetes?

It has been proven time and time again that it is impossible to put 2 of every animal (or even 1/10000 of all animals) into a ship of the Ark's dimension's, yet they still believe that it actually happened. If it really did happen (and if it happened only 10,000 years ago) wouldn't there be a whole lot more evidence that it actually happened?

Can any Christians that still believe that the Flood Story is real, give me some proof and evidence outside of the Bible that any of it actually happened, and can they tell me how Noah managed to fit all those animals on the Ark and have enough supplies to feed them for months?

I don't mean disrespect to people when I meet them, and I don't like to judge. However I find that I do not know what to do when someone has a facial abnormality.
I look people in the eye when I talk to them- but I don't want them to think I am STARING at them, or anything they might be self-conscious about. Not saying everyone is self-conscious, but they may be.
So do I look at someone who is cross-eyed in the eye? Will it make them self-conscious? I don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.
SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE

Many people don't want to say they're a feminist, because of the stigma, being labeled a man-hating lesbian. Yet many people agree with the feminist agenda, such as equal pay for equal work and expanding parental leave, But not many people want to say they're an anti-feminist, since that sounds like they're against equality. So who are there more of, feminists or anti-feminists? Why or why not?
