I've been playing Mame for about two years now and the more games I play from my youth, the more I realize how brutally difficult they are and I'm just not having any fun anymore. Is this normal?

I mean, it takes me something like 30+ continues to complete a beat-em-up such as Final Fight, The Simpsons or TMNT 1 & 2. I know these games were made with the intent in taking our quarters as fast as possible, but most of them are unrealistic. I can barely get past the fourth or fifth opponent in 2D fighters like Mortal Kombat 2 or Killer Instinct and I've been playing games my entire life.

I don't wanna lower each game's difficulty setting as that would cheapen the experience for me. Does any of this make sense? Am I the only one finding every single different game I play to be brutally frustrating when just set to the "normal" difficulty setting?

Ok, I've looked thru lots of the questions and answers and haven't found what I'm looking for. This is sooo embarassing to have to ask but.....HOW do I not use my teeth? I'm fairly new at doing this; I never, ever did it for my ex-husband but my boyfriend likes it so I'm learning. But everytime I try I get him with my teeth! What am I doing wrong?!

I have a 19 month old and a 9 yr old daughter to take care of...yet i am feeling like deaths door...I have a killer sore throat..runny nose/stuffy nose...no coughing yet...what are some over the counter meds that will help me? i know i was stupid, i messed around with my boyfriend, and he started to rub up and down on me and he tried to push in some, i said no right away but i do no he got inside me some.
and i made him leave right away and now trust me im not to happy with him,.
but i no this might be stupid, but i no there is a slight chance i could be preg from this which will break my heart honestly. but im curious if i am or not, i dont have the money to go by a preg test yet. the day after he did that i got a light pain every once in a while, but then yesterday i got brown discharge and i still have it today. my period is not normal ever. do you think im pregnant, and btw im 19. sorry if this seems stupid.but i got no older female to ask, my mother passed away

Hi. What happening is that I openned an account with North Fork Bank asset management a few years ago. They manage your portfolio for you (buying and selling mutual funds as they go up and down) and collect a commision every quarter. Unfortunately Captial one took over them and is closing this service :-(

What was great about them was the fact that you needed only 50K at the time to open such account which is simply super.

Does anybody know of any asset management service that does help peeps like me (50K-75K) ? Most of them won't even talk to you unless you bring 500,000 or more to the table.

Why wasn't St Paul chosen as the new Pontiff if he was still preaching at this time? the dates surrounding St Peters death are ambiguous at best, for the chronicles of the time were not precise. some referrences have Peter dying in 68, or 67, so why would Linus be officially ordained in 66ce?

There is a girl at work who I think is lying about her fathers health.

She has an interview for another job tommorrow because all she does is moan about this current job.

She has told the managers she has an appointment at the hospital with her father tommorow because she has previously told them that he was ill previously.

I found out today, that she has an interview tommorow and she lied about her father.

What do think of that, do you think it is sick?

I work for a private attorney who recently left his firm when i begin to work for him. Because of this he never had to worry about paying secretarys and such so i was his first. The first year he took out the proper taxes from my check but didn't set up seperate accounts like he was suppose to per the government so to avoid penaltys he just wrote me a check for all my withholdings and didn't claim me, therefore i didn't file for taxes. The second year, pretty much the same thing happened, he tried to do it right but to no avail so again, i wasnt given a w2 or any other forms to file my taxes. He's on the right track this year because he has hired an accounting firm to do his payroll. But due to the mistakes made the prior 2years i have ran into trouble applying for financial aid (especially fasfa) because i have not done taxes in two years and now i won't be able to start school until May when i file this years taxes. If any one knows of any other options i may have at this point HELP!
