I have a 19 month old and a 9 yr old daughter to take care of...yet i am feeling like deaths door...I have a killer sore throat..runny nose/stuffy nose...no coughing yet...what are some over the counter meds that will help me? I do not want the numbing spray(i hate that stuff) and last night, i could hardly sleep cause of my stuffy nose...pls help?

i take sudafed and sudafed severe cold. those have worked for me in the past.

a cold is a virus so anti-biotics are out and im not certainof your medical history so I wouldnt risk sugggesting anything but wash you hands alot to help prevent the kids from getting it
