If it's under warranty I would send it in. If it's not, you might be able to tighten it up, some laptops are easier than others.

if you are handy if not get a friend that is and see if they can repair it if not and not under warranty take it to best buy or a computer repair shop and have it fixed

if its under warritiery if not use some duct tape 2 keep it in place
