our son(8 yrs) playes baseball in the spring this was his 2nd yr and his dad practices with him during the spring.But as soon as the "season" is over the ball and bat go in the basement and stays there till the next year.i just worry our son will fall behind everyone else if he does not practice at all for 9 mons.He really loves baseball and i would hate to see this happen. Should i talk to my husband about taking him out to the batting cages like once a month?

was on a night out last night for a friends 40th. There were 15 of us and I didn't know most people. We went to a club and I found £70 on the floor! I told 2 of the girls and said I must hand it in. One of them said if it had a purse or wallet with it (it was just cash) then yes but how do you know who's it is and that they thought the staff may pocket it.

I kept hold of it, not knowing what to do when about 20 minutes later a girl in the group who I had not met before started crying and frantically going through her bag, I asked what was was wrong and she said she had lost all her money, around £50 she thought, I told her I had found some money and it must have been hers and handed it over.

She was very thankful and I was happy I had done the right thing however, the girl never even offered to buy me a drink!!

Am I right to be annoyed? Or am I wrong to have expected some sort of reward?

ok im a male im 17 years old ive been gettin hair and stuff like that in my chest and stomach and stuff like that but i still have the same voice when i was in middle school it hasnt changed and i still act like a lil kid and im still the same height can somebody tell me why this is happening?

Judge was amazing when we took him. The only reason he was running to get out and back to the car was because the whole place smells like dogs, and Judge is agressive toward dogs out of fear. He was really nice and didn't bother the other dogs that were there amazingly. When he got his shots, he didn't cry or anything! AND he had to get three. Actually he looked more annoyed, because the vet's assistant was hugging him tight and giving him kisses to make him feel better lol. Afterwards, he got some cookies, and he smelled them suspiciously to make sure there was nothing wrong with them, then gobbled them up. He did incredibly well, especially since we didn't get a chance to bring a stool sample and they had to make him give one. Plus there were blood tests and other things, so he had a rough time. Yet he was wonderful there!

Okay, i'm completely lost on this question. As much as I know, is that on a 2-d plane, you can find the X and Y component using sin, and cos. Then find the length of the vector using pathagrean theorem. However right now I have a questions saying:

I talk very loud and I always have done, I cant help it but people make such a big deal about it. I cant help having a voice which has a louder volume than other peoples and how I cant turn it down like I would a remote to the tv. How can I stop this?

i have an 03 jeep liberty 2.8crd diesel and sounds very rumbly/even a bit rough at tickover sometimes sort of rumbles a bit doesnt knock,and only done 50k drives fine starts fine just sounds a bit rough at idle has anyone encountered this at all is it something to be concerned about,i know its twin cam,but would that make it run a bit rumbly,revs up fine and no problems,as yet

so i understand that the weather in the southern hemisphere is flipped from the northern hemisphere.
So Jan is hot. and july is cold?
Do you call winter the hot months?
And summer the cold months?

He sometimes has a nap (30/60mins) in the afternoon but not often and he usually goes to bed between 8pm & 9pm, getting up around 6/6.30am. Some friends say this is far too late for a young child to go to bed and he shouldn't be getting up til about 7/7.30pm???
I thought I was doing alright with him in this routine!
