1] primarily pagan in nature,
2] a gathering of all religions in a non-biased, non-confrontational setting,
3] entirely without any 'religious' or spiritual connection?

mostly 2, but that's in part because that's what i bring.
lots of 1, for sure, but i'm not pagan so i miss much of it.
some 3, but not much, most people have some kind of spiritual component to what they're doing, even if it's not overt.

I have never attended a Gathering but they sound wonderful. I checked the websites you provided.

I picture them as more along the line of #2. I assume that they are all different, of course, but the ideology is similar. That being, protect the earth and it's peoples.

I'm not sure I understand the question. My family & friends consist of many different cultures & religions & lack thereof.
