Well i think if it's in baseball they got bat boys and ball boys but i think thats it the players and coaches

The media usually doesn't travel with the team in pro sports any more; that has been phased out over the years. This ideadoesn't count broadcasters, who work for the team.
That leaves it to club personnel. Front office administrators, including baseball people and a p.r. person or two, will go. And there are trainers, equipment managers, doctors, etc. along as well. Sometimes it comes down to whether there is room on the charter plane.

depends... there may be parent chaperones that board the plane along with players and coaches, thats probably it.
