Microsoft Word Viewer, it's free made by Microsoft and it opens Word docs. Just search for it.

if you just want to read the document i think you can get a word reader from the microsoft web site, normally the reader programs are free but if you want to create word documents you would either need to purchase microsoft office or download open office which is free from www.openoffice.org

You can try downloading OpenOffice, it is a free version of microsoft office including word, excel, powerpoint (but not made by microsoft).
