He asked me out on our first date and we both had a really good time. He said he liked me "a lot" and was looking to be in a relationship. Yet, as nice and friendly as he is, it seems like he's not even trying. He says he's not busy but I'm still waiting for him to ask me out again (I was the one to ask him last time).

There's a possibility I like him too and I have no qualms with asserting myself/making an effort but I just wish he would meet me half-way. Most of the time I'm usually the one to make conversation and trying to make a connection with him.

Just today I asked him if he still liked me and he said "of course" but then why isn't he showing it? He's clearly not shy and he says he's not busy. I wanna tell him how I feel but I don't want to sound too needy.

What should i do? I don't want to keep chasing after someone who's so wishy-washy and I don't want to feel like i'm making all the effort for someone who supposedly "likes me a lot" but his actions say otherwise.

well, I gave him a note and he never replied... He hasn't been getting online for the past two days and he's usually on every night. He won't return my calls or text messages. (I wonder if they number he gave me was fake sometimes...) At school, he doesn't even look at me. He's sort of new to the school and a lot of other girls like him. He's pretty outgoing too. I've liked this boy since I first saw him and that never ever happens to me. I always know the guy before falling for him. And this guy... The more I know about him, the more I like him. Anyone got some good adivce? I cant' simply abandon this crush since my shortest crush ever lasted a whole year. My longest lasted two years. The guys I've liked have never none that I like them, but this one might since a lot of people know... I'm like obsessed with him and I cant' help it!

I don't understand why someone would use ebonics. It doesn't make you sound cool. It makes you sound uneducated.

Some people say that using words like "wit" "dis" "wut", etc makes typing quicker. It doesn't take that long to tap a few extra buttons to sound like a civilized person. And odds are, when you are online, you're just wasting time anyways.

My friend goes to college and she just called me almost in tears. She is half filipino and half white. She told me last night while at a party her roomate scoffed at a black girl making out with a white guy and remarked "I hate this ****, if this **** keeps going on pretty soon the white race will die out!" Later that evening the girl cried to my friend and confessed that she is not going to take it back because she thinks its true. And that she is sorry but she is going to think whatever she wants.

I kind of want to punch that racist ***** in her face, but her college is too far away. My friend doesn't know what to do, she's mixed so basically her roomate thinks her existence is a problem.

What are your thoughts about this? Should my friend pack up her things and find a new place? What should she say to her roomate to get her to wise up? Or should I go up to the college and punch her lights out hahahaha

She's got about 3 friends with her, possibly 4
She keeps shouting my brother's name, she doesn thave the common decency to walk upto the Front door and ask for him.
Anyway, she's been screaming his name, shouting his name, and ended up throwing stones. (at our front window.)
She threw one stone and her friends laughed, and said "Oh llydia do that again that was so funny!" so she did it again.
They are still laughing now, they have music on a mp3 player
and she keeps stamping her feet and even had the nerve to pull the branches of one o the bushes in our garden.

Is there anything I can do?
Its just coming upto 9pm in the U.K (where i am) and i daren't go out because if i do, they'll swear and probably end up throwing stones at me, too.

I'm 14, shes about 12/13
and my dad wont do anything about it, he say he has to "catch her in the act or he can't do anything".

not a typical day for me but i ate 2 eng. muffins (wheat) an egg, cream of wheat (old fashioned), nonfat yogurt, granola, and blueberries---some cheese and wheat thins, peanuts, a couple m & m s. and a piece of apple crisp w/milk. i jog everyday but i didn't today but i did weight lift and take care of my 8 month old...will i gain weight eating that?

I've never been more confused about liking someone before. There's this guy who has liked me for about a year now and he's asked me out about 6 times. The first 5 times were during my sophomore year and my response was, "I don't really want a boyfriend right now." I didn't want to go out with him and I was pretty sure I didn't like him. Now, starting my junior year, he asked me again, claiming AGAIN that he really liked me and no one else. At that point, I started to consider what it would be like to go out with him and I'm imagined what it would be like to kiss him and - they've been really good thoughts! I HATE it. I just had this happen to me and it totaly put me in a HORRIBLE mood. I had just got my 2 year old daughter to take a nap cause she was SO grouchy. then my sister in law and nephew came over. I told them to be quite that it was difficult to get her in bed and what does my nephew who is 9 do... he goes in my sons room and starts pulling toys out of his toy box and throwing them on the floor. So my daughter wakes up. My husband had just gotten home from work 10min before they arrived on top of it all so i hadn't even been able to see him. I was so pissed now my husband is mad cause i was pissed and yelled at him cause he went to take a nap. Kinda uncalled for i shouldn't have yelled at him but god i just got her to bed and now had to deal with her when she was cranky BY myself AGAIN cause HIS nephew decided to be disrespectfull and wake her up. This is just this time but other times i still HATE when people just show up.
