She's got about 3 friends with her, possibly 4
She keeps shouting my brother's name, she doesn thave the common decency to walk upto the Front door and ask for him.
Anyway, she's been screaming his name, shouting his name, and ended up throwing stones. (at our front window.)
She threw one stone and her friends laughed, and said "Oh llydia do that again that was so funny!" so she did it again.
They are still laughing now, they have music on a mp3 player
and she keeps stamping her feet and even had the nerve to pull the branches of one o the bushes in our garden.

Is there anything I can do?
Its just coming upto 9pm in the U.K (where i am) and i daren't go out because if i do, they'll swear and probably end up throwing stones at me, too.

I'm 14, shes about 12/13
and my dad wont do anything about it, he say he has to "catch her in the act or he can't do anything".

thanks x

well, she's got a crush on your brother

it depends on you you feel about your brother - if you're on good terms with him, as in you'd do him a favor, ask him if he likes her. also, use your own appraisal - is she good looking?

if your brother likes her, have him go out and talk with her

on the other hand, if he doesnt (and you can read between the lines that he really doesnt), then play the upper hand by being the older girl - go out and just say something that kind of cuts her down and makes her feel ashamed

she wont go near you after that

in either case, your brother will then owe you one

I've seen the whole throwing stones at windows things in movies, to get someone's attention, but never heard of anyone doing it!

I don't think they'll throw stones at you, if they just want to talk to your brother. Did your brother break up with her or something, or is just interested in him? Is he home? Why isn't he going out and telling her to go away? If he isn't home, you (or your father for that matter) could go outside and let her know he isn't home, and ask her if there is a message she'd like to leave for him?

If she's ticked off at him or something, then she still doesn't have the right to be on your private property - I'm surprised your father doesn't at least go outside to do some routine things like taking some trash out, etc,...his presence might scare them off.

CALL THE 5-0!! The cops can put a stop to it. It's disruptive behavior and it's something she can get in trouble for.

Call the cops, of course. Yeesh she's a little kid! Cops will usually come and scare the hell out of little misbehaving kids like her, so they'll never do it again.

They seem to have a crush on your brother, why don't you make your brother talk to them and let him to ask them nicely to refrain from throwing stones and make loud noises because it annoys the other people living in the house.

If it happens again, tell your dad about it again. He is the appropriate person to deal with it.
