LMAO @ Bob!!! That's mean.

Don't worry about it...just make sure you burn it off the next day. It's ok to splurge sometimes but in moderation...don't completely deprive yourself of the good stuff...as long as your overall eating habits are healthy(low calorie, no saturated fats, etc.) then you should be ok.

lol.

Makes a lot of difference - 2000 calories of what? Ice cream? If you have weight to lose, take a look at the ATkins diet - it's pretty much really low carb - high protein. The food is really good and will support your muscles while you lose weight. Get a used copy of Atkins - "New Diet Revolution" off of Amazon Books. It's a great diet.

how many calories do you normally eat in a day?
you need to eat an extra 3500 MORE than you normally eat to gain a pound, so no, you will not gain weight.
tomorrow morning, the scale (if you're foolish enough to check it the next day) may SAY you've gained weight, but it probably water retenetion from all the extra sodium (cheese, peanuts, etc), glycogen storage and the extra food still in your stomach.

my advice, don't weigh yourself for about 3 days, and get back on the wagon tomorrow. and next time you eat alot of food like that, try not to eat SO MANY carbs, eat veggies instead.

Once again , its the calories that matter. Thats a whole log of crap to eat in one day. Granola is extremely high in fat, as is milk. Go jog now. Yeah, going over your calorie limit will make u gain weight., Dont worry its just one day.

Probably not. Make sure you're getting enough protein and the vitamins and minerals you need: Taking care of a baby can be demanding, after all.
