Which ever one gets the coldest. Finland? Iceland? Canada? Other than that every country's got it's good and bad points.

Haiti is indeed the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. It is overrun with extreme poverty, kids and adults with worms and other parasites, an astronomical percentage of people with AIDS, corruption, crime, lack of education, lack of adequate health care, drug abuse, prostitution, etc., etc., etc. Haiti just seems hopeless; it's been a mess for so long that none of the richer countries are really even trying to bail them out because it probably seems like it would be a waste of money to try to help them (like throwing money into a bottomless pit). Really sad. Haiti is also the most water-poor country in the western hemisphere, and its environment is being destroyed more and more all the time.

France. They are overrun with Muslims seeking favoritism. They are divided over the war. They have stamped out freedom of religious expression and seem to have problems with labor laws etc.
I think basically just because of the politics they are the worst.
I am guessing most people will answer America to this question though so I will say right up front that I do not believe it is America.

Britain.
Low standard of living plus high cost of living (taxes are crippling and most people are in debt).
High crime rate (top in Europe for drugs - most people including small children use drugs).
Bad attitude to successful people (a well-travelled non-British person told me that this is unique to Britain).
Poor quality of life because of the above.
