Do we Hindus go around insulting Sikhs, Muslims or Christians? Do we abuse them like this? Then why do they hurt Hindus? Only because we are docile and peace-loving. Why do they hurt us when we are willing to given them a separate country, and even in our land we give them full rights. Is this fair at all? Can this happen anywhere in the world? Bhagavan is there and he protects every Hindu - BHAGAVAN IS THERE FOR ALL OF US. THERE'S A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR THOSE WHO ABUSE HINDU DHARM - THE LIGHT OF THE UNIVERSE.

I'm not saying that I'm against kids out of marriage; however, do you think it's crazy that people have 2, 3 or even 4 kids and then decided to get married.

I know lots of young women that get pregnant by mistake. If they love the father of the child, they often end up getting married. But, usually after 1 child out of marriage they get the idea. They start using birth control or condoms. Then they get married before deciding to have more children.

But, I don't understand people who have 3 or 4 kids with someone over a 5-6 time period and then decide to get married.

I know to each is it's own. But, I think it's sort of doing things too backwards.

Like I said, it's understandable if you have one child and then get married b/c you want your boyfriend, you and your child to be an official family.

But, why do so many people pop out all these kids (consciously, the 1st time is a mistake. After that you should wake up and use protection.) and then have the wedding?

She is elderly and she trusted him. She let him take over her finances and now she cannot even live off of her own retirement. He has run up her bills and put himself on a new house mortgage, used her name to borrow ten thousand dollars and lied to her to get her to co sign the loan. Used her to buy a new truck by letting her buy the truck and he put his name on the truck. He has not paid one red cent for anything and she barely had enough to feed herself when I came back home. She wants his name off of everything and I am trying to help her pay off some of this debt. The problem is that she will need long term at home care. I am caring for her here but I will need help and my brother is throwing his weight around telling her he will throw her out since his name is on everything. She can't even sell this expensive house SHE is paying for without his consent. She will need her income to help out with her care. She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I do not know what to do?

What spirit is this? That quotes Paul's teachings to justify why the entire OT is outta date? How do you define sin then?

Not to mention, Dead sea scrolls prove the "works of the law" teaching is the MOST incorrectly translated text of them all.

So...what spirit is behind this? I say its laziness. That calls anything that requires some effort "legalism".

But we say "I want to be more like JESUS!"

He kept a Saturday sabbath.....the feasts of Leviticus and not Easter, Sundays and Christmas.

So...what spirit causes this? I believe most Christians are subject to really bad teaching. And accept man's word and justifications to slack over the Word of G-d. Any thoughts??

he is rude to me too,but now i kinda feel sorry for him because my mom was talking to him the other day and when he left she told me that there was a big red welt on his neck with a mark across his neck like someone had smacked him with a belt or a power cord. is this child abuse? i think it is...now im wondering if i should try and help him,but its not really my buisness,but if something happens to him im going to feel guilty about it,,what should i do?!!?

A lot of answerers tend to add imaginary content to the questions, so that they can answer the part of the question the questioner never asked, once they give up on answering what was actually asked. Is this part of what religion teaches? If a question is asked about the best brand of dog collar, deciding to give an opinion about the best breed of dog, since you can't give a good answer about the collar makes no sense at all. Are you confused too?

Decades?

(To the uneducated--that would mean: "More than 10 years.")

We've already spent close to $1T dollars in just 5 years of war alone--not counting the costs of healthcare, benefits, and whatnot for our troops.

Estimates are that for ten more years until 2017 or 2018--the cost of this occupation would total $3T dollars.

Now, let's jump ahead 50 years; to 2057.

Cost of occupation then: Estimated to be $15T dollars.

And this is not counting the added costs of veteran care, benefits, etc...associated with the troops--including the costs of replacing equipment and whatnot.

Now WHO do you suppose is going to pay for all this? And do you think it will be worth it--when faced with this kind of a bill?

Is it worth wrecking our own economy in the process--just to see this war through to the end? When people say we haven't sacrified anything, we can point out the following: Stagnant wages, rising healthcare costs, cost of living, lack of affordable education...?
