If so, when was the last time you did that to your hair? I love the look but don't see it around as much anymore. If you can't do it, have you had your hair in a french braid lately done by someone else?

it's super easy to talk to my crush and most of his friends, except one who is really really tall, quiet and you never know what he's thinking, and i get really shy and nervous around him. I would talk to my crush, but he's always around that one friend, so I get really intimidated.

I am in talks with a company that is agreeing to pay me much more than I thought I would make at this point in my life. It's a $17,000 increase in salary from where I am currently. The problem is that I have 3 weeks vacation at my current firm and the new company is only prepared to offer me 2 weeks. I have a 14 month old and need those 3 weeks for him. Any thoughts? We're still in negotiations, nothing is final yet, so I'm looking for some help here.

my assignment is to draw a restriction map of the fragment and show distances, in base pairs, between HindIII, SmaI, and EcoRI.
A 1000bp EcoRI restriction fragment (linear) contains a gene you are interested in. first, construct a restriction map of the fragment using the enzymes SmaI & HindIII.
HindIII cut at 700bp & 300bp; SmaI cut at 800 & 200.
