My mother went bowling with her league the night before she went into labor with me. I don't think you'll have any problems now or through the rest of your pregnancy. Good luck and congratulations.

nope as long as you aren't hit in the belly your fine. You may notice as you go through your pregnancy that you will be more likely to get sprains and strained joints from the hormones running through your system from the pregnancy. Try not to twist into any odd positions.

you're probably fine but just to make sure go to the doctors because during the beginning of pregnancy you want to rest so you don't cause any distress to the new born to be baby...good luck with the baby

Don't do anything stupid and you'll be fine.
As long as you were not beating your stomach with a bowling ball I'm sure the baby is ok.

Being physically active is good for you. I even went ice skating and roller blading when I was pregnant. My doctor said it was good or me.
