it's super easy to talk to my crush and most of his friends, except one who is really really tall, quiet and you never know what he's thinking, and i get really shy and nervous around him. I would talk to my crush, but he's always around that one friend, so I get really intimidated.

I think it is the fact this guy is really tall that you feel intimidated. Remember the term 'Gentle Giant?' most tall people are Gentle Giants as they are very aware of their height in comparison to the average person.
So why not suggest talking somewhere where you can all sit down, stand up on the higher stair level etc., so the height difference is lessened. In time you will relax around this guy.
I am quite tall and I find very short people unnerving to be around especially if they are of a small build as well.
So what you are experiencing is quite normal. Another technique to move past this shyness is to ask him how his test went, sport activity when talking with your 'crush'. Relax and it will all work out.

talk to your crush and ask the other guy to leave or while your talking to your crush get your friend to call over the other guy and he'll leave
