hi this is my second period since having my baby and i have had severe cramping all day not long back i went to the toilet and a huge blood clot came out but it was not blood coloured it was more blood mixed with a creamy white is this normal? please help

I'm curious what the policy is in the majority of American restaurants these days. Is it more common for waiters & waitresses to "pool" all their tips so that all the staff can share in the amount equally? Or is it more common for the waitstaff to be allowed to personally keep whatever tips they earn?

I think the most fair & equitable method is allowing everyone to keep the tips they earn. There are no hard feelings that way, and everyone gets to earn the tips they DESERVE -- iif you give great service with a great attitude, you get more tips! If not, you don't. Simple as that! :)

I've even heard that there's a higher turnover rate in restaurants where waitstaff are forced to share their tips with each other, because too many hard feelings & conflicts happen, due to the slackers in the staff "sponging" off the hard workers and sharing in undeserved tip money. That would definitely suck. :(

I'd love to hear from anyone who works (or has worked) in the restaurant industry. Thanks!!

ok so i kind of cheated i guess ... i had phone sex with another guy!
My bf forgave me because I told him.
He thinks there is more to it though and has a hard time getting over it. So he wants me to take a lie detector test.
We really love eachother and want to work it out and spend our lives together. Why cant he believe me and we just move on?

Hi,

I was offered a job on Tuesday by a temping agency who saw my cv on the net. They explained to me that the temp they had in there had suddenly withdrawn and they needed someone quick.

I told them that I am disabled and suddenly the offer was withdrawn. They said that they had just remembered that they needed to check with the firm that they still needed a replacement and they would call me back. As you can imagine, they didn’t call me back.

As you can guess, I have been fuming about this for a few days, which has delayed me posting this question, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me, are their actions legal?

To me it seems as though they are discriminating against me because I am disabled. What do you think? If it is discrimination and it is illegal, is there anything I can do?

Also, I have 2 petitions on the net about discrimination against disabled people. Would you be kind enough to take a look and consider signing them.

friends in the dream it look as if were frinds again igo outside, its darkand muddyout our dresses are now muddy and damp.the toliet area is disgusting,theres **** everywere, on the muddyfloors,on the stalldoors its outside near a barn area.There are police men because a girl has disappeared,something happened and he is explaining beware i dont really hear him-i just want to get out of the **** toliet area im looking for a clean wayout,isee i can cross over the fenced hay section,as i lean to the hay section to check itout, an invisible force grabs a hold of me and start pulling me in.thats when i hear the police man say dont lean in or go to the hay area, the girl, dissapeared there.as im being pulled in irealiz the samething has happed to her and now no one will find me too a police man sees me dissapearing but its to late force is too strong im dissapearing into the dark its done im in the hay section now alone trapped in another dimention,am i possesed now? ahhhh!!! help pleasee!!

Hi, my brother is about 13 years old. He's been playing hockey for about 4 years and this year he doesnt like his coach and his teammates. He tells me that he isnt good enough to be playing on the AA level that he is at. Recently whenever he has to go to hockey he will burst into tears and hold his stomach. Its almost obvious that hes faking it but at the same time you cant think that he is because he genuinely looks like hes in pain. For example the other day I was punchng him and throwing him around (brotherly like of course) and he was fine then 4 hrs later when my dad told him to get ready he started crying and holding his stomach. What we think it might be is some kind of anxiety. He went to the doctor and they said nothing was wrong with him. Any ideas?

In the winter it gets so fogged up in the car that you can barely see out the windows. Last winter, I actually had ice form on the inside of the windows. What can I do to prevent this from happening this winter? Not only is this annouying as he*l. Its also a safety issue as I cant see out the windows.

I am going to be a pimp, and all of my guy friends are going to be the whores at my request. All have agreed to do whatever i want them to do for their costumes as long as i feed them that night and all that. I do know HOW to cook corn, but I wanted something a little different, or with a little kick, but still fast and easy to make. An example would be green beans sautéed with chopped garlic (which is what I intended to make but sadly, someone forgot to buy my green beans).
