Best Sweet Corn on Earth!
In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, melt one 8 oz. block of cream cheese and a stick of butter.
Once melted, pour in a 2 lb. bag of frozen whole kernel corn (not canned or fresh) and 1/3 cup sugar.
The cheese and butter will sort of harden back up, but give it time it will begin to simmer.
Cook for about 20 - 30 minutes on medium heat until corn is completely heated and the cheese and butter have formed a creamy sauce around it.

just take the corn, minced garlic, onion, red or green bell peppers, some parsley and if you have a can of garbanzo, white or red beans, drain it well and rinse it, then in a pan add some butter and olive oil, saute all ingredients, except for the beans, add salt & pepper, then stir beans in at lower heat until heated thrugh and serve... you can add some chopped tomatoe or olioves as well

YES, I know a great recipies with fresh corn. You chuck all the corn off the cob into a bowl. Then in a frying pan you fry up some bacon and cut it up while frying, then add the corn to the pan and fry the corn and add about 1 1/2 table spoons of sugar and a little salt and a little black pepper! I love this side dish, it is simply FRIED CORN. 5 stars. Very delicious

Why not do cornbread with 1 can of whole kernel corn, 1/2 can of green chiles, with some queso fresco for sauce on top? This has gained me many fans.
Also, you could steam it with some diced red bell peppers and some lemon pepper - simple and good.

I tried this once and it was different and good-
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
COOK and stir onions and red peppers in margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat until tender. Reduce heat to low.
STIR in corn and Velveeta. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
I love cheese and when I made this I added enough to suit my taste.

If it is corn on the cob, you can sprinkle it with garlic salt and put it on the grill. I also like to make a foil packet, put the corn in it with some beer and put the packet on the grill to steam.
If it is kernel corn, some butter and a pinch of sugar is all you need.

My favorite (and simple) way to make frozen corn:
Dump the bag of corn into a glass bowl, and add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic pepper and a dash of salt.
Mix, cover, and microwave.
I made it for a friend once and he begged for it ever since. :)
If it's corn on the cob, brush it with a little olive oil, add the garlic pepper and salt, wrap it in foil and cook it on the grill.
