I yet to find a one like you, self admitting as mentally disturbed! However I could find the basic reason for being mentally disturbed and that is nothing but one need not have to be serious for everything he encounters in daily life! Added, one must understand that practically in life, every success is the result of many attempts of failure only and no way the success will come so automatic without our sincere efforts! If you are matured to the above condition you wont be feeling depressed and get mentally disturbed!
