In-laws, parents, friends, everyone is constantly saying how my son is such a "good" baby because he rarely cries, entertains himself, smiles often, etc. I really don't like the phrase good baby but I get what they are saying. Is a baby "bad" if he/she does cry a lot, fussy, etc? I'm going to have to say no. How about you?

I see all over the internet people mentioning cashing in their 401k early to pay off debt. I just tried to do that exact same thing, yet according to my representative, (who put me on hold to verify with someone else) there is not one single legal way I can cash in my 401k early without qualifying for a Hardship Withdrawal and providing proof from a very limited list of acceptable documents for them to investigate.

Which is the truth here: Have people closed out their 401k early to pay off debt, or is there no legal way to do so?

Last night, my husband confessed that Saturday and Sunday he had lied to me about where he went. I trust him so I asked where did he go. He told me he went to the strip club, and "didn't do anything" while he was there. Should I be mad at this? I'm so confused. We've been together for almost 4 years, and just got married last October. Why is he lying to me already!? Please give me your advice on what to do. Is he cheating on me? He goes out a lot without me, and leaves me home with our 5 month old daughter. Should I be worried? Please help!

I have met many Muslims and they are the most peaceful people I have ever met. Why are people so against all of them? Let me guess..... the mass media? Now I have just read this article and am shocked to see that they are not interested in the real problems of the world. Think about it right, our act of love between two woman and two men is not that big in the the rewritten and revised bible right (please do correct me) compared to love, compassion, forgiveness, charity, KINDNESS and self worth. Instead of carrying on about how bad we are as people because we are able to love why do they not focus more energy on helping people and real life tragedies such as the floods, such as poverty, such as homelessness.

If they are so intent on getting to us gay people who are proud why don't they start within the church like weeding out paedophillic priests... and so on...

I do apologize for my anger about this.

I find this to be maybe the case due to our culture we have been fed via TV. If you notice many of the people on our shows or media all act very arrogant and generally rude and insensitive many times, so I think it is not really our fault , just the way we have been brought up by television.

yeah, that is our excuse.

Ok, so my 5 year old started kindergarten today and got a family homework project. We have to make a Me Mobile that will reflect our whole family as seen through the eyes of my kindergartner. First off how do you explain this to a 5 yr. old so that they can come up with ideas? She doesn't even know what a mobile is. Does anyone have any creative ideas? If it helps we are a military family and her dad is deployed to Iraq right now so I am pretty much on my own and I am definetly not the creative type. Please help the exaperated mom.

Last night, I was in my brother's car, and he was pulled over for speeding. He basically admitted it to the cop, waived his 5th amendment rights, and screwed himself.

The officer also claimed that I tossed something from the vehicle. He told me he was going to find it, and give me a summons, but found nothing. He then told me he had it on camera, but I seriously doubt my door was even in camera view judging by the angle of his car.

I didn't toss anything out the window. That's why he didn't find anything. What I think he saw was me flick the lit portion of a cigarette from the butt. I then put the butt in my pocket. The office4r didn't want to hear me out.

Instead he turned my brother on me by making him think that he had a chance to get out of the ticket, but because I wouldn't admitt to tossing something out the window, he was getting a $375 fine. My brother than said, "Just tell him you threw something out the window!"

I still would not admitt to it.

Why is that in the public school system they are allowed to teach about a theory such as the Big Bang but not a theory such as God.

Both have not been proven yet 1 is allowed to be taught and accepted in the school systems while the other is not..
