i just finished building a cheap porch on my old trailer and im trying to find some cheap screening to keep out the bugs.being on ssa i am limited on money to spend on screen.i just need to find a roll 50 ft by 36 in wide without paying an arm and a leg for it.does anyone know a place that is reasonabley cheap?

some cities have used hardware sites. Try looking in the yellow pages under hardware or junk yards and call them. Ask some men you know if they know of such a place. Look in the newspaper under giveaway or yard stuff. I wished you lived near me in AZ I'd give you some we just took off our porch.

Without knowing at all where you are; answer #1 has a clue.
Ace/ Home Depot/Lowes, are three places I know of to buy various types of screen material. They are not at all expensive, comparaitvely speaking; but do come in Grade levels, as well as various widths/lengths, to the roll.

An added thought: The spline material should be replaced as well, and might cost near as much as the screen material...plus you should invest a couple bucks in a spline tool, NOT use a screw driver or kitchen knife handle.

Any hardware store sells screen. Check around for pricing.

Menards had rolls reasonably priced. I have also seen it reasonable at Ace.
