Is anyone else having problems with Kirkwood House in Baltimore?

I know several people who live there who have usual difficulties with the manager and its rude policies. It is part of AIMCO in Denver.

I don't live in Baltimore either...but you never said what problems you are having. Some managers have to be tough, but policies are never rude (only people can be rude) since there is usually an organization for landlords and they get together and determine what new state laws they must follow and include those in the rental agreement which is then approved by their attorney.
