I sold a house, completion in Late july however I have today had a phone message from the Estate AgentsSaying that the new owner is unhappy with some rubbish left at the property and having it removed, the bill coming to me. There were some items left which I considered useful to the property or to the new owner, I'm sorry he never saw it that way. I may have a legal obligation to compensate him however I dont feel like it and would rather force him to act through his solicitor. Which would cost him money. What advice would you give me to do this. PS yes I am a worm I'm sure. no abuse thanks.

I don't want to take more math classes. I'm very interested in health and phys. ed. Can I get my masters in a different subject or do I have to continue with math? Also, how can i become dual certified and possibly be able to teach gym and/or health also? Thanks.

ok... im planning on buying a PS3 soon and my sister works for target and when she comes by im gonna ask her to use her employee discount. now i know the discount is 10%... how would i calculate 10% off a $499.99 product? Apparently there's a stargate in irag 'the garden of eden' and that President Bush was to attack irag for control of the stargate.now I think that is pretty far fetched, yet people like Perry Stone is saying that the reasons for the Sunni/Shia conflict in Iraq is due to one group hoping to bring about the MAJDi (sp?) the white horse of the Apocalypse.

So now some people say the entire War in Iraq is apocalyptic with the Stargate in the center of dispute? I have not heard of this before what says you?

That stupid court. It does not get it. You want the so-called illegal immigrants to be legal. I want you to come right out and say you are racists and use the immigration issue like criminal politicians do. Oh! darn that Supreme Court. They just don't get it and so many people respect them and "THE LAWS" thatt so many racists respect but accidently forget to mention when Mexican immigration comes into the picture. Oh, what's wrong with picking and choosing laws anyway. Everyone does it. Some ppeople even shackup when they are not married. Shame.

If god is the "craftsman" of life.

why are there so many different ways that different animals and creatures and plants all achieve the same end.

whether it be a respritory system, or a way to cool down the body from overheating or methodology to digest similar types of food?

If god as the creator of life (according to creationists) found a system that works, why change it up?

why not use the most efficient, effective system for all his creations?

Explain how different creatures have different methods of dealing with the same condidtions in thier environment.

how do you explain that this could have happened if you have one "designer" who creates all things.

The only options I see to solve this riddle are:
1- there is more than one "god" or "creator".

or

2- you now have a philisophical argument as well as scientific arguments ***** slapping you in the face.

Hi, my wife and I have 2 cats, about 5-6 months old and every morning they meow at our door starting at 6:30 (give or take) which corresponds to the time that I get up for work in the morning during the week. We would just leave the door open, but they're still too young and rambunctious to allow into the room while we're sleeping. We also have neighbors underneath us (we have an upstairs apartment) and though they haven't said anything I'm concerned that they may be able to hear them through the floor.
I feel bad, it's obvious that they just want to be in the same room as us, but I just don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice? I really appreciate any advice you can give.

I already watched Dane Cook but watching the same thing has lost its effectiveness. I am so depressed and I feel rejected because my dr hasn't returned my messages. I feel like he's giving up on me because I am hopeless and maybe he was only trying to be nice to me but he probably can't figure what to do with me.

Hey there! Well, I'm in college, I've read lots of books out there. LOTS. And so I'm looking for some unusual novels, short stories, epics, poems, anything that reads well and is interesting.

I love Fiction. Historic Fiction and Fantasy are two of my favorites but I'll read anything I can get my hands on. So I'm wondering if anyones got any suggestions?

The basics are mostly down. Harry Potter, some Shakespeare, Dan Brown, James Clavells, and lots of Aesop. Robin Hood was pretty good too. But anyways, I'm looking for awesome stories, old or new. Big or small, I'm not picky. Just something good and different!

Last year abortion was on the ballet in my state, so I have seen first hand how nasty this debate can be. Pro-lifers went for “low blows” when debating this issue. Instead of using facts they used dead fetus on signage and unfactual propaganda. There was even a vehicle with 10foot dead fetus attached to it. (even if I was pro-life, I wouldn’t want to see that!) I would be interested to know how many of these protesters do anything to HELP lower abortion stats? How many of these “protesters” go out and volunteer their time to teach young women about abortion and the ill effects it can have. How many start support groups to help women with this heavy decision they are making? How many open their home to children abandoned (foster home). But this would take a kind hearted, unjudmental person!

My niece who is seven months pregnant went into labor last night. When she went to the hospital they had her fill out paperwork and didn't even check on her until two hours later. When they finally did they sent her to another hospital(apparently they don't have a maternity ward). When she got there they couldn't find a heartbeat. They didn't do anything but try again to find a heartbeat. Now they tell her they are going to induce labor and she needs to make arrangments for a funeral. Should they have not checked her sooner? This makes me sooo angry, what can we do?
