Thom Yorke, i guess one song that shows it well is Where I End and You Begin.
Mike Patton. probably any Fantomas song, like 4/30/05, 4/11/05 or page 29 or page 3. i think. its hard for me to remember which tracks go with which titles.
and Sigur Ros, I forget his name, starts with a Jo?. i think the track Saeglopur shows a lot.

Paul Rodgers from Free and Bad Company. I like him best with Bad Company...the entire Straight Shooter album is a great example of his vocal abilities.
Maria McKee from Lone Justice. I'm not really big on Lone Justice, but she sang a song for the movie Pulp Fiction. It's called If Love Is A Red Dress (Hang Me In Rags)...her vocal rage is amazing. She has the most beautiful voice of any female I've ever heard, even if I'm not a fan of her music.
There are many others, but I thought I would just give you two....male and female.

Jeff Buckley (amazing voice and composer examples: The Lilac Tree), Rufus Wainwright (the same example: My Kind Of Love), Nico (once of the Velvet Underground for her bizarrely hypnotic style and plaintive vocals examples: anything from The Marble Index), Neil Diamond (always fabulous examples: Girl You'll Be A Woman Soon and I Am I Said), Anne Wilson (Heart founding member with her sister for the power and quality of her voice example: Alone).

This is an easy one for me. I think Matthew Bellamy has the best voice ever. And it's really unique. That's what makes it amazing! =D
I'll have to think of which song shows it the best, but I'd have to say they all do a pretty good job of that =)
