That stupid court. It does not get it. You want the so-called illegal immigrants to be legal. I want you to come right out and say you are racists and use the immigration issue like criminal politicians do. Oh! darn that Supreme Court. They just don't get it and so many people respect them and "THE LAWS" thatt so many racists respect but accidently forget to mention when Mexican immigration comes into the picture. Oh, what's wrong with picking and choosing laws anyway. Everyone does it. Some ppeople even shackup when they are not married. Shame.

I think the Supreme Court does. I certainly haven't seen them overturn any immigration laws. Do you have a point, or are you just throwing anything and everything out there looking for an emotional response?

The last big Supreme Court decision re: illegal immigration didn't go very well for the illegals aliens.

The Supreme Court sharply limited the First Amendment rights of illegal immigrants, ruling that people here unlawfully cannot shield themselves from deportation by claiming the government is trying to banish them simply because of their controversial political views.

The 6 to 3 decision involving a group of Palestinians living in Los Angeles goes to the heart of the American tradition of safeguarding free speech, no matter how unpopular, and offers one of the court's strongest opinions limiting the constitutional freedoms of illegal immigrants. But for the government, the case marks an important victory in its effort to keep immigrants who have no legal right to be here from evading deportation on extraneous grounds.

The two-pronged decision also forbids illegal immigrants to avail themselves of the federal courts in trying to fend off deportation unless they have already exhausted every other administrative procedure offered by immigration officials. That portion of the ruling, decided by an 8 to 1 vote, upholds a 1996 federal law aimed at speeding the deportation of illegal aliens, many of whom have managed to remain in the United States for years through lengthy legal challenges.

When you call our Supreme Court "racist and you speak like that, then I think that you are not too smart. First of all, I'm against all illegal things no matter where it come from. Illegal means that is against the law.. Illegal immigration means is illegal because is not legal and every citizen that obey by the law have to be against it. Now, just because they come here illegally or committed something illegals that doesn't mean that we re going to treat them inhuman. Our Supreme Court and our laws say that we cannot treat people inhuman no matter what law they have violated.. That what make us the USA, different from countries like Mexico, that their law are not kept or are use to abuse people. When you use the word racist, I think that you don't understand the meaning of the word or either you don't care. Your comparisons are out of proportions and some how out of line. Well, good luck and please try to be more realistic.

I guess it would be the fact that the Supreme Court doesn't agree with their idea of WHAT the laws actually are.And whether or not the LAWS they want upheld are even laws. And I live in a fantasy world?

From what I've seen of intelligent life in this forum I can believe anything that comes out of these people's mouths.

The SC recently said that having lived here 20 years didn't give an illegal immigrant the right to stay, despite kids here, and that the goverment could use expedited removal against him.

What makes you think they don't understand 'illegal'?

"Living in Sin" isn't illegal in this country either, and yes, the Supreme Court Justices know more about the laws of the United States than you do.

Because the SUPREME COURT Is also manipulated by BIG BUSINESS special interests. GREED Is what Is driving this entire GOVERNMENTAL DISASTER..... We will see exactly where they stand when they hear the HAZLETON case. That said,I am not sure that the Supreme Court Is necessarily that PRO-ILLEGAL,but the smaller courts like the 9th circuit court of appeals In SAN FRANCISCO are definitely BIG BUSINESS AGENDA DRIVEN....

When did that happen, this morning?

There are three (3) "Races"; *******, Mongoloid, Caucasoid.
Unless they're Black or Asian Mexicans are Caucasoid.
