im looking to gain muscle and strength and a few lbs too, but i want to lose the body fat i have. i dont want to get skinnier cuz im fine, but i heard the body fat covers the abs.

My stepbrother is doing and selling drugs out of my 78yrs old dads house. He has stolen from my dad and does not work. My dad says not to do anything because it just causes problems. (That is hard to do) This step is 24 and is making my dads life hell. If we turn him in to the law i am afraid that my dad will go deeper in debt to get him out of trouble and also give him a stroke. I have recently found myself staring at the night sky more and more. I live in central Phoenix, AZ so I understand I still wont be able to see much more with a telescope due to city lights, but how do I find the right one? Right now I am mainly interested in our sister planets, but am sure my interest in other celestial objects will grow once I can actually see them. Thank you!

My 15 year old daughter is now living with me. She lived with her father from age 10 until now in another state. He moved due to job reasons and sent her to me.

She is starting in a new High School tomorrow. She found out that the high school where she is going has low test scores and a history of gang related incidents. There are also bad influences around the school.

My ex-husband gave us both a choice of coming to where he lived so that we could start over as a family. I did not go because I did not see his controlling or verbally mean nature changing.

I feel bad now because she will not be going to a good High School and its all my fault. I am very nervous!

I can not change schools and afford to send her to a private school now.

Have I messed up her life forever?
