and can it be cured without drugs? I was told it is allergy related by my throat has become sore and I was given anti-biotics for infection and a nasal spray..
Just looking for some alternative or preventitive when I get through the drugs.

either allergies, a cold or an infection. Try "ocean spray" it is available at almost every store over the counter. It is harmless, just ocean salt in purified water I use it and it's great.

It can also be due to chemical irritants - some people experience PND upon exposure to substances like urea formaldehyde in wood panelling.
