i've gained a couple of pounds and i want to lose them before i gain more...
before i used to just eat less and id lose weight, but then i realized that its better to have 'heavy' muscles and weigh more (cause it would look better) than have more 'flab'.. so i work out 3 times a week and dont really eat that much, are there any other methods? (no pills or anything like that) any other tips??

For our rehersal dinner we have the option of choosing between a two meat buffet (chicken, roast beef...), or a pasta buffet (lasagne, fetuccini, spaghetti...) I pay over 1,200 dollars a month for a two bedroom apartment in Oakbrook Terrace Il, when I first moved in it was the perfect place to live. Now there are fights in the club house, gang signs drawn on the doors, and a lot of less than desirable tenants. The rumor running ramped through the complex is that they have started to allow Section 8 to live here. I pay way too much money a month for this place to turn into a project. When I asked the office if this were true they said no, I also asked if it were true would they tell me and they said they would not have to inform the other tenants. Is there anything I can do? How can I even find out if there is Section 8 in my apartment complex? It is not like I can ask them "so how is life on welfare treating you" HELP! I want them out, let them go and live in the ghetto!! It is not fair that I have to pay over 1,200 dollars a month and they get to live here for damn near free!!!!

This was over a year back. I have got out of this relationship. Got back with my ex that I was with 5 years prior and got married. My Mother has every excuse why my daughter should not move home yet. I think she is scared to be without her. What she needs to understand I am her Mother and I am the one missing out on the Mother and daughter relationship that I will only get once. My Mother has gotten to the point that when someone asks a question about my daughter she will talk over me like I don't know anything about her. She is buying her everthing she has even went as far as to buy a house 1 block from my daughters best friend. She's buying her off. I still pay for what she needs and doctor bills ect. She has asked for $150.00 from me and my husband a month. Also, any child support I receive. She has also said that my husband should pay if he wants to be stepdad, he's been more of a father to her in over 5 years than he own dad. I don't want my daughter in the middle. Any ideas?

I have two leopard geckos that I purchased at the same time as a friend of mine they were all about the same size. They are about 2 1/2 months old now and her gecko is twise the size of both of mine. My leopard geckos eat about 7-10 medium sized crickets daily and they are covered in calcium every day and other vitamins 2 a day. They shed regularly and they're tails are getting larger Im not conderned with their health they look healthy. But I dont have them in a 10 gallon tank right now. I was wondering if the size of the terrarium could stop the growth of the leopard geckos. Please give me some advise, I love my two leps and I want them to get big and beautiful.
