you would die of starvation. Multivitamins have no nutritional value. that means there is nothing to contribute to your body
for function. and also that would take a lot of will power. if you have any will power why don't you eat clean foods that feed your muscles so you can increase your metabolism. i have a list.
take anthing from this list, take your body weight add zero to the end so if you weigh 150 lbs you get 1500 that is how many calories you need to ingest to keep from losing muscle and get you to burn fat. ( actually it is a little more complicated than that this is the simplified version)
and....... exercise. work every muscle group with strength training at 4-5 x a week and you will see results instantly
keep track of what you eat and the calorie content in a journal
also log your workouts.

That would mess up your body something royally. Vitamins help your body make the best out of the food you eat. Not eating anything basically makes that multivitamin useless. That and it will drastically slow down your metabolism so when you do eat, your body will store up that food for when you decide to starve it again.

first of all you will lose water weight, your glycogen stores would be used up first, your muscles would start being cannablished after about 24 hours of not eating, you would start going to the bathroom as muscles and glycogen stores have lots of water with them, the scale would go down fast because your losing muscle and water.
you fat stores wouldn't be touched until after about 3-7 days depending on your body and genetics, then your blood pressure would drop, you might faint after a couple of days, you body would dramatically slow down all systems for survival, you would become very tired, you would be miserble, and hunger would build and eventually you will start eating and not be able to stop, the weight you gain will be glycogen and fat, muscles will not be restored right away.
you might even gain more fat than you had when you started. You'll eat and not be able to stop until your setpoint is reached and if your body is sensitive to famines then your setpoint will rise higher than before and all that suffering will be for naught and you will be even more miserable then when you started.
Now what is it you wanted to do again?

you might lose 3-5 lbs in the first week... water weight.. . after that you'd get headaches.. stomach pains.. be tired and your muscles would start to ache.. weakness.. shortness of breath and even loose the energy to do normal activities..
you might be able to make it 6-8 days if all you do is take a multi-vitamin and drink water.. after that.. you'd slip into vegetative state as your body tries to conserve energy to run your brain and heart..
simply
no food= no energy = no life
but have fun with that..

That will screw you up good. You will get vitamins, but your body needs protein and fiber, it needs solids. You will lose weight fast, but it will come back faster and be harder to keep off. Your metabolism will slow and you will burn calories slower and store more fat. Just eat healthy and dont over do it. Jog if you want to exercise. a little dieting + moderate exercise is soo much better than starving yourself

you'd malnutrionise badly. multivits are supplements, not a necessity. food is however.
here's the cure to your weight problem. follow this strictly and you will lose it for sure.
do cardio exercise - 20mins mininum running, 3-5 times per week. exercise in morning before breaky.
eat only fruit (any), fish (any), veg (any), good carbs (ie. rice), a lower fat milk (recommend semi-skimmed), oats/porridge/branflakes not cornflakes (for breaky and snacking), meats (recommend turkey breast but chicken breast is ok).
eat every 2 hours. never skip your breaky. cut down sugar intake by half (ie, if you drink tea/coffee with 2sugars, just put 1).
drinks - nothing with artificial crap. just drink lots and lots of water or pure juices.
be strict and you'll guarantee to lose it. you should be losing roughly 10lb per month, that's 2lb per week. your metabolism will speed up lots if you follow that diet.
some inspiration/motivation tips:
1.stick up pics of what size you want to slim down to around your room, desktop, etc.
2.get depressed by relationship breakup, whatever. lol. exercise will be the best way to escape the emotional pain. (er, depends if you know your reaction to emotional pain)
anyway, it worked for me and i've tried so many diets and been dieting forever until i thought "ok, this is it. i'm pulling out all the stops. if this doesn't work then i'll give up dieting forever" damn, it really works to be uber punishing to yourself because i'm getting results good :) i loved it when my friends who didn't see me until i got back from holiday saw me. first reaction was to comment on how much i lost!!! shocked some of them in fact because they didn't recognise me. lol.

It will make you sick and you would have expensive urine - thats about it. With no food in your system the multivitamin would flush straight through you. Eat sensibly and exercise - you will lose weight ...

They key to losing weight in a healthy manner is proper diet and exercise. Many people think a diet is the only thing to do, but the combo of diet/exercise works wonders. You just have to commit.

That's kind of like anorexia... although you are getting some vitamins, you're not getting all the nutrients you need. Theoretically, your body would react like it does would if you became anorexic. In otherwords, you would probably gain weight because your body will go into survival mode and retain all the stored energy (fat, flub, etc.).

you need to eat to stay healthy. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
