My roommate lost lots of weight and she tring to make me feel uncofterble about myslef.Don't get me wrong I lost weight also but I can care less to be skinny! I love myslef the way I'm, so I just happend to roll my eye's.I relay don't need 5 men to say I'm pretty.I already know I'm! But how can I get her to stop saing all that bull ****.

Athiests, feel free to put your input too. I know that my title just begged for you to do so anyway. Christians... Why do we attack other preachers and let Satan have free reign? Don't we have a job to do? Don't we have an enemy to crush? If a preacher is, in your eyes, a heretic, don't preach about him unless he is threatening your congregation. Preach the bible to teach your people that his teachings are heresy, but don't attack a preacher personally. Why aren't we telling Satan to get his hands off of preachers and begging God to fill them with His Spirit? Why can't we be like Christ who preached hard against the Pharisees who threatened his ministry, but told his deciples to leave alone those who preached repentance who weren't exactly thier stripe? Why can't we mainline on exposing the deciever, the accuser, that old adversary Satan and on uplifting our Savior and his gospel?

he's one of my ex boyfriends best friends.

normally this is wrong and a 'no - no' or whatever, but seeing as how said ex is still a good friend and currently going out with my best friend, it's all good.

i've only ever aactually met him three times - once when i was going out with my ex, last weekend when i hung out with him and his friends, and a few nights ago when him, my ex, another of my ex's friends, and my best friend spent the night at my house.

i'm 16 going on 17, hes 18.

he's obviously into me because he'll text me and want to hang out with me a lot, and we hooked up a little last time i saw him (we only made out, i'm not about to be a slut for him, and he'd hug me and hold me and act really couple-y most of the time)

i really like this guy but my best friend was talking to him and he said he didn't want a relationship right now.

should i just work on getting him to like me more or what?

I am looking for a studio type or 1 bedroom apartment in Torrance, CA. I will be moving to CA these couple days from Oregon. My boyfriend got a job from Japanese company. His company is close to Toyota company. So, we want to rent an apartment which close to Japanese area since my boyfriend is Japanese as well. Does everyone knows if there is any apartments near Japanese area? We only can offer from 950 to 1200 per month. Safe area is really important.

Nearly Ned Flanders, my husband is a hard working, honest, faithful man. He is dedicated to our family, free of vices, he spends his non-working time with us. We have an open, loving relationship. He has an addiction to 'hiding' run of the mill porn. He stupidly 'hides' it in his work bag (get fired if found) I don't have any problem with porn. We have our stash that is hidden, inaccessible to our kids. We respect each others right to pleasure ourselves and don't take it personally. I don't mind that he has porn, just that he hides it. I wouldn't mind if he said 'I want this secret stash and I promise to hide it here inaccessible to the kids'. I just hate secrets and I hate when the person I am most intimate with hides/lies about something so stupid. He is not a sex perv, he knows his likes/needs I don't know why he cant talk to me about it. I survived molest and overcome my own intimacy issues. I have threatened to leave, he has seen a dr, it still resurfaces.

A question for LDS answerers out there. I've been non-religious for several years, though I was raised United Methodist and was a practicing pagan for a few years. I've given some thought as to what my core beliefs are, and I know that there is a greater being than I, but I do not discern Its nature. I know also that prayer is real and works. Recently I've been feeling that pull ... that I need something more in my life. I've been seeking for a church that would be receptive to my past and help guide me to my future, and I am wondering if LDS is that church.

How do I go about figuring out which church (and here I mean the building) to go to? I have heard that there are different "wards" and "stakes", but I don't know what this means for me. Is it permitted to simply attend a worship service "unannounced" as it were? Any help greatly appreciated.
