The British accent with guys - I think its because we have an idea in our mind of how we thing someone will sound, and when I hear a British accent it always appears deeper than what I think.
Either that or the New Zealand accent - and thats because of the long running joke between Aussies and New Zealanders and the way they pronounce a few words.
But currently saving my money to go to both NZ & England - so obviously not that bad.

I think they are all charming. I give the foreigner-speaking people HUGE credit for learning English. Goodness knows, I don't think I could learn some fo their languages. My favorite foreign accents are Scottish, Welsh, German, Indian, South African, New Zealand (Flight of the Conchord dudes crack me up) and French (ooo la la).

DA pilifino accent por sure!
>> pifty fercent ... pifteen dollars... lol.... cracks me up (I'm Filipino by the way)... our alphabet doesn't have an "f", which is why a lot of people try so hard to get the f sound right... unfortunately they get so confused and make a "p" sound like an f... and an "f" like a "p".... lol... hubby and I laugh about it so much- it's our insider kind of joke (yes- we are both Filipinos)... my husband makes fun of his mom's accent even in her present... I reprimand him for that... that is just plain rude... but as soon as she is gone I laugh louder than him... lol.... lol... oh, man....
Vietnamese accent is funny, too.... sik dolla, sik dolla... i gib you ten for two....

Why would you laugh at someone with a foreign accent ? It shows that they are educated enough to not only speak their native language but to be more culturally aware than you to speak another person's language. How would you like to be laughed at for speaking a foreign language that you had an accent with ? How absoluely ignorant.
