On our street we hear them about 3 times daily but usually they occur in the evening hours.

I think maybe once last week or a couple weeks ago and I live in town. When I lived just out of town, heck, never! You need to move-- #1You'll find you drive on average just as far as we do to restaurants and functions and #2 Do you want to be in a big city if a disaster strikes? Think N.O.
