how many times do u hear police / ambulance / fire engines sirens everyday?
i hear them at least once a day here.

On our street we hear them about 3 times daily but usually they occur in the evening hours.

Several times through out the day, also at night.
I can actually hear a fire truck siren as I'm typing this.

I think maybe once last week or a couple weeks ago and I live in town. When I lived just out of town, heck, never! You need to move-- #1You'll find you drive on average just as far as we do to restaurants and functions and #2 Do you want to be in a big city if a disaster strikes? Think N.O.

But that's only because I live on a busy main road.

At least a few times a day, I live near the main route to what we call "Chemical Valley", where gasoline, and other nasty $HlT is made.
