I am looking for a studio type or 1 bedroom apartment in Torrance, CA. I will be moving to CA these couple days from Oregon. My boyfriend got a job from Japanese company. His company is close to Toyota company. So, we want to rent an apartment which close to Japanese area since my boyfriend is Japanese as well. Does everyone knows if there is any apartments near Japanese area? We only can offer from 950 to 1200 per month. Safe area is really important.

Your best bet for rentals in this area is the Penny Saver. It is delivered door to door but they do have a web site and are easy to deal with.
