I have recently had to pay our local council £88.00 for covenant consent, which will allow me to build a conservatory. My house used to be a council house before a property developer bought the whole street, refurbished the houses and then sold them privately. That was 1991. The council have told me I dont need full planning permission but I will need this covenant consent. Can anyone tell me exactly what this is please ?

I have a stained glass that was made for my bathroom window. I have since moved and would like to insert it in my new window but it's too small length~wise. I would like to add to the length. Does anyone know someone that can do this kind of work? I live in Philadelphia and the yellow pages were not helpful. THANKS:)

As per code it states I must notify her 30 days prior to departure, and if she doen't respond it constitutes acceptance.

I will be turning 12 and my parents have aggredd to let me rent a limo that seats 16 and im inviting 15 pepople. it is a girl boy party and we are going to go to sonic in the limo and then go get cold stone or dairy queen. what else should i do at the party? and also we will be picking up people from their houses. i really need more places to go because we are renting the limo for 3 hours
